Site requirements
The following requirements must be met on site before the system is delivered.
Power supply

Neutral conductor is mandatory
The control circuit supply is taken phase-to-neutral (~230 V). The system cannot be commissioned on a site supply without a neutral conductor.
- For sites exposed to lightning risk (supplied via overhead lines or open structures), the surge protection class will be determined jointly during the project phase.
- The prospective short-circuit current of the supply must be reported to Covisart before installation.

Floor
- The base frame is anchored to the floor by means of integrated floor mounting plates.
- The floor must be suitable for the unit weight and the dynamic loads.

- Ethernet connection between the host computer and the motion computer.
- Internet access, if the remote support service is required.
