Troubleshooting

TwinCAT ADS error​

  • Check that TwinCAT Runtime is installed.
  • Check that the ADS Router service is running.
  • Check that TCP port 48898 is open in the firewall.
  • Verify the AmsNetId value in appsettings.json.

Web API is not reachable​

  • Check that the service is running with Get-Service "NGS_Simulator_WebApi".
  • Check the firewall rule for ports 5000/5001.
  • Open http://localhost:5000/health.

Support​

If the problem persists, write to support@covisart.com stating the system serial number, software version and error message.
